I cried at the end of Code Geass(well sorta...the ending was sad and good). Right now I'm watching Ergo Proxy. People say it's good, but it's boring as crap with now. The only reason I'm still watching it is because I'm interested in the main character.

Not for action nuts.) , Chobits (takes on a whole different tone when you realize it was made by the only all-female anime studio in Japan). Darker Than Black had its moments but was like 6 or 7/10 overall. Bojo: Studio Ghibli is like the gateway drug of anime. Try out other things in this thread and you'll discover true anime bliss. Ergo proxy is so tempting, it leads you on the whole time and pretends like it has something interesting to say (naming minor characters Deleuze and Gattari FFS) but ends up just blueballing you. Or is it just he reveals his past and remembers it... Oh yeah there's definitely some good scenes, both fight and otherwise, and some really cool settings still to come if you're only on episode 15.
